Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless there is a quality or safety defect.

Eligible Items

  • Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied
  • Sealed, unopened food products (freeze-dried/dehydrated) in original packaging
  • Clothing and cosmetics that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Electronics with manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food / consumable products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products or consultancy sessions already delivered

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in and go to My Account → Orders.
  2. Find the delivered order and click Return.
  3. Select the reason and submit. Our team will review within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method:

  • Card payments (Stripe): 3–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Mobile Money (Paystack): 1–3 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
